Exterior Work

As you travel by the construction site you'll notice that we are making significant progress on the Phase One building. The exterior brickwork is near completion. Within the next few weeks, crews will begin installing storefront glass on the ground level. The photo above shows that crews are busy installing the roof. You can see stacks of white insulation board on the roof that will be placed on top of the black waterproofing layer.

Chapman Avenue Work Begins

We are starting to install curbs and place asphalt for the new extension of Chapman Avenue. This workwill continue in the coming months.

Residential Interior Work

Our dedicated crews are busy working in the apartments and corridors on every floor, doing a variety of drywall, mechanical, electrical and plumbing tasks.
