Twinbrook Quarter Groundbreaking
September 22, 2021 – Saul Centers, Inc. officially broke ground today on Phase One of Twinbrook Quarter, an amenity-rich multi-phased mixed use redevelopment on an 18-acre parcel adjacent to the Twinbrook Metro Station.

Rockville Mayor Bridget Newton said, “This is a great day for the City of Rockville and is testament to the great things that can happen when business, government and the community work together to realize a vision.
