Looking Toward 2024

As we continue building The Milton at Twinbrook Quarter, we anticipate that residential units will be available for occupancy starting in the late Summer and early Fall 2024. The Milton will feature 450 high-end apartment homes with amenities such as a full-sized outdoor pool, grills, fire pits, state-of-the art fitness center, game room, and chef’s kitchen.

We anticipate turning over the shell of the grocery space to Wegmans in Spring 2024, after which Wegmans

will begin the buildout for all of their internal space.

The Milton Interior Work

Our dedicated crews continue working in the apartments and corridors on every floor, doing a variety of drywall, mechanical, electrical and plumbing tasks. We will keep you posted when appliances and other finishing touches are underway.

Exterior Work

We have started landscaping the outdoor fourth floor courtyard for the enjoyment of The Milton residents.

We are beginning to install the exterior façade at the corner of Rockville Pike and Halpine Road. The façade installation will provide an attractive finished appearance and will functionally enclose the building, making it watertight.
