Courtyard Is Taking Shape

Exciting progress is taking place at The Milton is mostly unseen from the street-level view. We are pleased to share the photo below with a view of the work being done on the fourth-floor courtyard leisure area which will include a swimming pool, a club room, grills and cabanas. Closer to the building the courtyard trees have been planted.

Green Roof Underway

We have started to work on our green roof by laying soil for future planting. Green roofs provide many benefits, including helping to manage stormwater run-off, reducing energy costs by absorbing heat and providing natural insulation. They also effectively reduce and slow stormwater run-off.

Pedestrian Access To Halpine Road

We are working on installing curbs along Halpine Road, so the sidewalk covering has been taken down and protective fencing put in its place. Because it remains a work area, all foot traffic is being directed to the south side of Halpine Road.

Interior Work

Crews are busy inside the apartments. They have started installing kitchen cabinetry, countertops, and bathroom floor and shower tiles. Work continues floor by floor to prepare the apartments for residents to move in.
